Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are the fundamental framework for fair and respectful cooperation. They are the basis of our values at flaconi and foster an environment where new ideas can flourish and where everyone feels values and included. ✨
As so many individual characters and personal experiences come together at our company, it is important to us to create a sense of belonging. This was precisely the theme of our Diversity Day. Our Your flaconi group “DEI & B” ensured in a playful way that our awareness was raised and that we primarily got to know each other better. 🤝
The day began with emotional stories from our flaconis who shared their personal experiences with diversity and inclusion at flaconi. Afterwards we played a flaconi Bingo where everyone had to find other flaconis who matched certain characteristics such as “has a pet”, “meditates regularly” or “is a woman in a male-dominated job”. This not only brought us closer together, but also helped us find similarities. In the privilege circle, participants stood in a circle and stepped into the center circle based on their responses to prompts about privilege and experience.
It was a great morning with so many flaconis celebrating our differences and fostering an environment where everybody feels supported and embraced.
